RESIDENTIAL
ARCHITECTURE
Architecture is about more than just structures; it’s about creating the backdrop for human life. Whether designing high-rise residential communities or dynamic commercial hubs, my focus is on balancing functional clarity with a sense of place. Each project is a collaborative journey where advanced BIM methodologies serve as the bridge between creative inspiration and technical reality—ensuring that every detail is thoughtfully coordinated to build environments that are as efficient as they are inspiring.

AZURE DRIFT RESIDENCES
The Vision
Azure Drift Miami residences is a boutique residential masterpiece in Miami that redefines the private sanctuary. A bold departure from the city’s rigid glass boxes, this architectural icon is designed for the visionary resident, featuring a grand lobby and exclusive spa and fitness amenities.

Architectural Language
The facade is a sculptural study of movement. Continuous, undulating white concrete ribbons simulate the rhythmic "drift" of the ocean, creating a dynamic play of shadows and natural solar protection. This fluid geometry houses world-class spaces, including a signature restaurant and bar, achieving a definitive "trophy-building" status.

The Designer’s Mark
From the structural layout to the final photorealistic render, this project represents a singular, uncompromising vision by Felisa Arabia. It is a turn-key lifestyle where the external "skin" and the premium interior experience are perfectly synchronized.

BROMEDIA PAVILON
The Vision
The Bromelia Pavilion is a brutalist architectural sanctuary embedded within the lush Mayan jungle of Tulum. Much like the tropical flora it is named after, this residence exists in perfect symbiosis with its host environment. A bold departure from traditional glass structures, this architectural icon redefines the private sanctuary for the visionary resident, featuring expansive open-plan living and world-class wellness amenities inspired by the serenity of sacred cenotes.

Architectural Language
The facade is a sculptural study of structural mimicry and suspension. Bold, horizontal concrete volumes—resembling the weathered limestone of the Yucatan—cantilever over the terrain to minimize site impact. Intricate dark latticework acts as a "botanical skin," providing natural solar protection and creating a rhythmic play of light and shadow that simulates the dappled sunlight of the jungle floor. This fluid yet grounded geometry achieves a definitive "trophy-building" status in the heart of the Mexican Caribbean.

The Designer’s Mark
From the raw structural layout to the final integration with the canopy, this project represents a singular, uncompromising vision by Felisa Arabia. It offers a turn-key lifestyle where the rugged external "skin" and the premium interior experience are perfectly synchronized. The Bromelia Pavilion is more than a residence; it is a permanent dialogue between human ingenuity and the untamed soul of the Tulum jungle.

BONSAI HOUSE
The Vision
The Bonsai House redefines the private sanctuary through a dialogue between Japanese tradition and contemporary minimalism. It is a living ecosystem designed for the visionary resident who views luxury as a perfect, seamless connection with the natural world.

Architectural Language
The design revolves around visual transparency. Large-scale glass joinery frames the exterior gardens, making nature the undisputed protagonist of the interior. A palette of slatted wooden ceilings and stone flooring creates a fluid geometry where Zen light and shadows allow the architecture to "breathe" with the seasons.

The Living Experience
The ground floor—comprising the kitchen and social areas—orbits visually around the external bonsai garden, treating the landscape as a structural element. Upstairs, the bedrooms serve as elevated retreats with deep balconies that act as green filters, synchronizing the building's "skin" with a sensory experience of absolute serenity.

BLACK
PINE
The Vision
Black Pine is an architectural ode to introspection—a sanctuary where the grounding weight of the earth meets the ethereal lightness of the forest air. Nestled within a landscape that seeks to permeate every corner, this residence redefines "organic brutalism." Designed for the soul-seeking resident, the home serves as a tactile monolith where a deep, monochromatic palette allows the vibrant colors of the surrounding nature to become the true protagonists of the space.

Architectural Language
The architecture of BLACK PINE is a masterclass in contrast and proportion. The living volume is anchored by a monumental hand-carved stone wall, whose rugged texture captures the shifting shadows of the day. In rhythmic counterpoint, charred timber ceilings and dark-slatted vertical planes compress the space to evoke a profound sense of shelter. The floor plan dissolves into the landscape through expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, while an integrated linear fireplace provides a primordial axis of fire that guides the eye and warms the home’s minimalist heart.

The Designer’s Mark
Under the creative direction of Felisa Arabia, this project is a holistic sensory experience where ornamentation is traded for material honesty. Every element—from the low-slung modular sectional in charcoal tones to the solid-grain timber coffee table—has been curated to invite stillness. Artisanal details, such as the felted wool "stone" poufs and sculptural greenery in raw clay vessels, are perfectly synchronized with the architecture. BLACK PINE is not merely a residence; it is a design manifesto that prioritizes well-being through a seamless connection to the elemental.

AURA TULUM
The vision
AURA TULUM is a secluded, multi-level sanctuary nestled in the heart of the Mayan jungle that redefines the concept of "tropical brutalism." A profound departure from modern minimalism’s cold edges, this residence is a celebration of raw elements and organic life. Designed for the soul-seeking resident, the home serves as a private monolith where the boundaries between the lush, emerald landscape and the refined concrete interior dissolve entirely.

Architectural Language
The architecture is a sculptural dialogue between weight and transparency. Massive, board-formed concrete walls and warm tropical wood slats create a rhythmic canopy that grounds the space, while floor-to-ceiling glass allows natural light to dance across the open-concept kitchen and integrated dining area. The floor plan utilizes a "flow-through" geometry, where two serene bedrooms and a spa-inspired master bathroom offer a private retreat. From the guest powder room (toilet) to the cantilevered terraces, the design provides passive cooling and a dynamic play of shadows throughout the day.

The Designer’s Mark
From the monolithic structural supports to the curated selection of endemic vegetation and artisanal woodwork, this project represents an uncompromising vision of modern tropical luxury. It is a holistic, turn-key lifestyle where the "breathing" walls and the functional spaces—from the chef’s kitchen to the private suites—are perfectly synchronized. Every detail, from the integrated stone planters to the textured concrete finishes, is a testament to a design philosophy that prioritizes sensory experience over mere ornamentation.

TERRA ECHOS
The Vision
Terra Echos is a secluded, single-story sanctuary nestled in the Mediterranean countryside that redefines the concept of "raw luxury." A profound departure from modern minimalism’s cold edges, this residence is a celebration of the earth. Designed for the soul-seeking resident, the home serves as a private monolith where the boundaries between the rugged landscape and the refined interior dissolve entirely.

Architectural Language
The architecture is a sculptural dialogue between weight and light. Massive, exposed reclaimed timber beams create a rhythmic ceiling canopy that grounds the space, while hand-plastered limestone walls and organic arched alcoves evoke the timelessness of ancient Mediterranean caves. The floor plan utilizes a "flow-through" geometry, where rough-hewn stone pillars and soft plaster transitions allow natural light to dance across textured surfaces, providing passive cooling and a dynamic play of shadows throughout the day.

The Designer’s Mark
From the monolithic stone structural supports to the curated selection of tactile linens and low-slung furnishings, this project represents the uncompromising vision of Felisa Arabia. It is a holistic, turn-key lifestyle where the "breathing" walls and the artisanal interior elements are perfectly synchronized. Every detail—from the integrated wall niches to the jute-wrapped accents—is a testament to a design philosophy that prioritizes sensory experience over mere ornamentation.
