Set within a prestigious 5-story historic building in the heart of London, this project focuses on the total interior transformation of a single, exclusive floor. It represents a masterclass in modernizing heritage spaces through organic, high-end design. Meticulously conceived and visualized by Felisa Arabia, the project serves as a private sanctuary for the visionary professional, offering a bold departure from the rigid, monolithic glass boxes of the modern city by breathing new life into a classical shell.

While the building's facade preserves its iconic London character, the interior intervention is a sculptural study of movement. The design features undulating white elements—continuous, flowing ribbons—that simulate a rhythmic "drift" within the historic space. This fluid geometry, envisioned in high-fidelity, creates a dynamic play of light and shadow, utilizing the building's original tall arched windows to frame a bright, "trophy-office" experience that blends past and future.

ELIXIR
MADRID
The Vision
Set within a prestigious shopping destination in the heart of Madrid, Elixir is a total interior transformation that redefines the luxury retail experience. It represents a masterclass in sensory architecture, where the ethereal world of boutique perfumery is translated into an organic, high-end physical space. Meticulously conceived to be more than a store, Elixir serves as a floral sanctuary, offering a bold departure from traditional commercial layouts by enveloping the visitor in a blooming, immersive atmosphere of scent and light.

The design is dominated by a breathtaking ceiling installation—a dense canopy of undulating, translucent petals—that simulates a rhythmic "bloom" across the entire space. It represents sensory architecture, where the cryptic world of feudal Japan and the art of the ninja are translated into an organic, high-end physical space. Meticulously conceived to be more than a bar, Osaka serves as a clandestine sanctuary, offering a bold departure from traditional nightlife by enveloping the visitor in an immersive atmosphere of shadow, steel, and mysticism.

This fluid geometry creates a dynamic interplay with charred wood textures and monolithic raw stone counters, evoking the strength and precision of a katana’s edge.
