The Vision
AZURE DRIFT is a boutique 5-story residential masterpiece that redefines the intersection of private sanctuary and organic design. Meticulously conceived, planned, and visualized by Felisa Arabia, this project is a bold departure from the rigid, monolithic glass boxes of the Miami skyline. From its grand entrance lobby to its exclusive spa, sauna, and fitness center, it is designed for the visionary resident who seeks an architectural icon that breathes with the city.
Architectural Language
The facade is a sculptural study of the Atlantic’s movement. The undulating white concrete slabs—designed as continuous, flowing ribbons—simulate the rhythmic "drift" of the ocean. This fluid geometry, envisioned and rendered in high-fidelity, houses world-class amenities including a signature restaurant and bar. The design creates a dynamic play of shadows throughout the day, providing natural solar protection while maintaining an iconic, "trophy-building" status.
The Designer's Mark
From the initial structural layout to the final photorealistic render, AZURE DRIFT is a singular, uncompromising vision. It represents a turn-key lifestyle concept where the external "skin" and the internal experience—including its premium common areas—are perfectly synchronized by its creator, Felisa Arabia.

The Vision
THE BONSAI HOUSE is a residential project that redefines the convergence between private sanctuary and biophilic design. Meticulously conceived to intertwine Japanese tradition with contemporary minimalism, this project emerges as a manifesto against urban disconnection. It is more than a home; it is a living ecosystem designed for the visionary resident who understands luxury as a perfect symbiosis with nature.
Architectural Language
The architecture is articulated around a central void: a contemplative courtyard protected by high-precision mobile glass joinery. This transparent core allows the vegetation—the undisputed protagonist—to dictate the fluidity of the space, transforming the garden into a structural element.
The design utilizes an organic material palette, where the warmth of slatted wooden ceilings and stone flooring contrasts with the lightness of the glass. This fluid geometry generates a dynamic play of Zen light and shadows, allowing the architecture to "breathe" and change with the seasons while maintaining its status as an architectural icon.
The Living Experience
From the open-concept ground floor, where the kitchen and social areas orbit around the central bonsai, to the first floor dedicated to privacy, every corner is an extension of the landscape. The bedrooms are designed as elevated retreats, featuring deep balconies that act as green filters to the outside, providing natural solar protection and panoramic views.
THE BONSAI HOUSE represents a turn-key lifestyle where the external skin and the internal sensory experience are perfectly synchronized, offering a refuge of absolute serenity in the midst of modernity.
